What I offer is a "best effort" fix for your infested PC. My success rate is very good, but there are circumstances where the only alternative is a complete erasure of the hard drive and reinstallation of the operating system. This is only done as a last-ditch effort, and only with your approval. It is not often necessary, though.
My rates are high, but I am thorough. My minimum charge is one hour, and my maximum charge is four hours (per machine). Most machines are cleaned in about 2-3 hours, but some take much longer.
Your machine is cleaned, and my work is guaranteed (If I can't clean it, only the minimum charge applies). I cannot be responsible for your computing habits, however, and reinfestation may occur. Please try to compute safely. A complete discussion of how this may have occurred to your particular machine will not be included in any email, due to sensitivity issues.
